Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls related to healthcare coverage
- Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers over the phone
- Maintain presence at the desk for the duration of the shift, handling back-to-back calls
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
- Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
- Completion of a background check is required
