Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
- Completion of a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection
