Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
  • Completion of a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection
