• Explain Medicare Part D and Part C programs while addressing customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
• Mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance required
• Successful completion of a background check
• Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with a reliable internet connection
