  • Utilize multiple client systems to provide accurate information and ensure one-call resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
  • Mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance required
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Must have a home internet connection meeting specified bandwidth requirements
