Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, claims, and related topics
  • Fully explain Medicare Part D and Part C Medicare Advantage Programs while addressing customer inquiries
  • Utilize multiple client systems to provide accurate information and strive for one-call resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successfully complete a customer service assessment and typing test
  • Complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
  • Successful completion of a background check is required
  • Must have a home internet connection with specified bandwidth and a distraction-free workspace
