Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing exceptional client service experiences to plan participants
  • Displaying flexibility and teamwork by being an active participant on the team
  • Logging and tracking both calls and requests while servicing clients

Qualifications Include:

  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to develop understanding of product, plan provisions, procedures, and systems
  • Ability to protect, secure, and properly handle all confidential data to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information
  • Ability to assist with other tasks and projects as assigned
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
