Job Summary

A telehealth solutions company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Greeting patients telephonically using a compassionate tone
  • Optimizing patients’ satisfaction and hold time
  • Scheduling new and established patient appointments for a large, complex healthcare system

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in customer service setting
  • Demonstrates progressive proficiency with the utilization of available computer technology
  • 50 + WPM typing
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service, leadership, communication
