Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative in Harrisburg.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Determine purpose of the calls
• Educate providers on how to submit claims
• Identify and respond to crisis calls

Qualifications for this position include:

• Pharmacy or CPR+ experience
• Ability to research and articulately communicate information
• Ability to resolve customer administrative concerns as first line of contact
• Ability to assist in the mentoring and training of new staff
• Ability to assemble and enter patient information into appropriate delivery system
