Job Summary
A digital marketing company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Make 70+ high energy outbound calls to healthcare providers to discuss client services and setting up meetings
- Manage and update the customer relationship management system (CRM) with detailed notes
- Become an expert on emerging healthcare programs and excited to speak with providers about the future of healthcare
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with healthcare professionals and doctors
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
