Job Summary
A staffing company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative in the Greater Phoenix Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Encouraging medical providers to send charts via fax or mail
- Responding to questions or concerns from provider offices
- Meeting minimum call volume and quality requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Onsite training is required
- 1-2 years of call center experience
- Basic computer skills including MS Office
- Strong communication skills in English
