A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Specialist in Phoenix.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving intake calls from patient engagement initiatives
- Following guidance of Patient Relationship Technician
- Leading on intake and outreach for patient engagement on strategic priorities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 years of Customer Service/Call Center/Healthcare experience
