Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Capability Manager.

Must be able to:

• Lead capability strategy, establishing a deep understanding of business and operations needs
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand, document, and communicate business requirements and processes
• Support end users through issue management via prioritization, analysis, resolution, verification, and communication

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of data analysis and reporting experience
• 3+ years of healthcare experience
• 3+ years of product / capability experience
• 3+ years of managing multiple priorities and supporting complex projects
• Intermediate Excel experience
