Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Case Management Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct telephonic member screenings
  • Conduct health risk and other member screenings
  • Identify physical and behavioral health needs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Bachelor of Social Work (LBSW)
  • Minimum of 2 years of employment clinical experience
  • Must have strong computer skills using MS office products
  • High School Diploma or GED
