Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Case Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in case management and coordination of care
- Takeing a lead role in setting direction and participating in or developing new programs
- Setting team direction
Qualifications for this position include:
- Occasional travel to Memphis.
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the State or Licensed Social worker
- Minimum of 3+ years experience as a manager
- 3+ years experience in a hospital setting, acute care or direct care experience
- Basic level of experience with Microsoft Word, with the ability to navigate a Windows environment
