Job Summary
A hospital and healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Cash Application Specialist Lead.
Must be able to:
- Mentor, guide and provide oversight assistance of the team
- Apply subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes
- Identify areas where technical solutions would improve business performance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 years’ work related in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management
- Job experience is considered any of the above tasks in a Medicare certified HME, IV or HH environment that routinely bills insurance
- Strong ability working with numbers and balancing dollar figures
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent customer service skills
