Job Summary

A hospital and healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Cash Application Specialist Lead.

Must be able to:

• Mentor, guide and provide oversight assistance of the team
• Apply subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes
• Identify areas where technical solutions would improve business performance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 3 years’ work related in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management
• Job experience is considered any of the above tasks in a Medicare certified HME, IV or HH environment that routinely bills insurance
• Strong ability working with numbers and balancing dollar figures
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent customer service skills
