Job Summary
A network of companies that provide healthcare products and services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Cell Center Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering patient questions and address concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
- Answering heavy call volume in a remote call center environment
- Forwarding calls as necessary to alternate billing departments
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong computer skills, Basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to handle large volumes of work while meeting tight deadlines
- Minimum typing of 40 wpm
