Job Summary
A specialty healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Central Operations Quality Analyst in Mclean.
Must be able to:
- Implement the full training cycle
- Organize and schedule training sessions on an ongoing basis
- Maintain and update a library of training curricula and materials
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree, Nursing degree, or other comparable healthcare experience
- 5 years experience in training, including at least 2 years in health care programs
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities
- Ability to perform duties with minimal direction
- Ability to be both a strategic and tactical change agent in the healthcare space
