Job Summary
A medical wellness company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Chief of Staff.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with the CEO and our executive leadership team to maintain strategic alignment across the organization
- Providing decision support by working with leadership to distill and organize recommendations for approval
- Support the productivity of executive team meetings by owning the planning, agenda and execution of action items
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, operations, strategy, or equivalent
- Experience developing executive presentations, communications and financial analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally
- Mature judgment and discretion in keeping sensitive information confidential
- Entrepreneurial with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity and efficient with limited resources
