Job Summary
An IT consulting company. is in need of a Remote Healthcare Claims Associate II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving and responding to inbound phone calls for customer assistance
- Responding to outbound phone call requests
- Acting as liaison between the claims department and providers
Position Requirements Include:
- High school degree
- 2-3+ years of relevant professional experience in Healthcare claims operations or relevant experience
- Previous Health Care Call Center/Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of physician practice and hospital coding, billing and medical terminology, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9, and ICD-10
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Experience with UB/Institutional (UB04)
