Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Claims Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs
- Review and research incoming healthcare claims from members and providers
- Own problem through to resolution on behalf of the customer in real time or through comprehensive and timely follow-up
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of: efficiency, accuracy, quality, member satisfaction and attendance
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 10+ years of equivalent working experience
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts
