Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Claims Manager in Long Beach.
Must be able to:
- Manage and develop a team focused on meeting or exceeding established performance targets
- Plan for daily priorities as well as respond to new priorities within the organization & opportunities assigned from upper management
- Compile and submit daily, weekly and monthly departmental reports to management
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years experience
- Certification in Training and Development preferred for manager overseeing Training unit preferred
