A national healthcare solutions company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Claims Operations Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead employees to meet department expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
- Identify ways to streamline and improve efficiency of workflows to ensure quality standards are not compromised
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Intermediate level work experience with Microsoft Office Suite software applications
- Minimum of 3 years of group health insurance, benefits experience, and administrative skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership/ supervisory role
- High School Graduate
