Remote Healthcare Client Account Manager

Job Summary

A healthcare staffing agency is in need of a Remote Healthcare Client Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Working with multiple healthcare facility clients, developing trusted advisor relationships
• Preparing monthly reports on account status and pipeline volume

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills: written and verbal with internal and external customers
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated project and time management skills
• Computer skills: Excel, Word and fast adoption of the Silversheet platform
• Client management skills, professionalism, and demonstrated self-starter
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
