Job Summary
A developer of payment processing products for the healthcare industry has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Client Service Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and capturing decision when appropriate CDM Presentations
- Creating and closing Project Requests as defined by CPM/CSM
- Conducting initial CCI deviations table review (post implementation)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Effective problem solving skills
- Prior experience in developing medical payment policy edits
- Professional with ability to properly handle confidential information
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
