Job Summary

A privately-held health technology company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Client Service Representative II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Receiving incoming requests for information and responding to requests
  • Putting date stamps on all requests and highlighting pertinent data to facilitate processing
  • Validating requests and authorizations for release of medical information

Required Skills:

  • Must be willing to travel to multiple sites based on the needs of the region
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language
  • Proven customer service experience and/or training
  • Ability to effectively use computer software and technology as required by the member facility including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple, healthcare terminology
