Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Client Services Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating client implementations to ensure smooth onboarding and transition to the enrollment
- Ensuring EMR access is obtained in a timely manner and login information is provided
- Working with data team to extract and verify CCM/RPM eligible list and send for client review
Position Requirements Include:
- 3 to 5 years of professional business experience in fast paced client support environment
- A quick study on software applications
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
