Job Summary
A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Client Success Associate.
Must be able to:
- Support the day-to-day operations of Client Success
- Search efficiently through internal documentation to answer a wide range of client questions
- Work closely with an Account Manager and Account Executive on maintenance and execution of client benefit strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Spreadsheets and Slides, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to solve operational and analytical problems efficiently
