An employee information company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Clinical Concierge Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Be the dedicated point of contact for a client and their candidates needing assistance
• Understand candidate needs and provide them with personalized solutions
• Facilitate calls, send emails, texts, or use Salesforce to answer all internal/external inquiries

Qualifications for this position include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Searches, Database Lookups)
• Have 1-year Client Service/Support experience
• Can work overtime when required
