A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Clinical Operations Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Apply conceptual frameworks for the delivery of advanced primary care to reporting, analysis, and process development
  • Translate business and operational needs into meaningful, obtainable, measurable objectives and solutions
  • Interact with senior management by providing thoughtful analysis on key decision points to drive initiatives forward

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Healthcare patient experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint required
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills
