A global healthcare company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Collections Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Performing research on various computer systems and document customer information regarding current status
• Using mail, email and phones to contact customers to discuss, negotiating payment and resolving outstanding medical bill accounts
• Preparing and submitting reports to internal management on status of outstanding medical bills

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of experience with Medical / Insurance Collections
• 1+ years of experience with Appeals
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
