Seeking a Remote Healthcare Collections Specialist, the part-time hourly position will manage communications with consumers regarding unpaid accounts, provide accurate account updates, and conduct skip tracing to locate contact information.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers by telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
• Provide thorough and accurate account updates in computer files for each interaction
• Conduct skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and assist delinquent consumers with payment solutions
