Job Summary

Seeking a Remote Healthcare Collections Specialist, this full-time position will manage communications with consumers regarding unpaid accounts, provide accurate account updates, and conduct skip tracing to locate contact information while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers via telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
• Maintain accurate account updates in computer files for each interaction
• Conduct skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and assist delinquent consumers in meeting payment obligations
