Seeking a Remote Healthcare Collections Specialist, this part-time hourly position will manage communications with consumers regarding unpaid accounts, provide account updates, and perform skip tracing to locate contact information while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Communicating with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts through phone and written correspondence
• Providing accurate account updates and maintaining thorough documentation for each interaction
• Conducting skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and counseling consumers on payment options
