Job Summary

A healthcare business and operations provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Collections Specialist in Louisville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries
• Identifying problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
• Updating the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Attend Privacy and Security Training a required by the HIPAA Awareness Program
• High School or GED preferred
• Potential military occupational specialist matches approved by the employer
