Job Summary

A healthcare business and operations provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Collections Specialist in Miami.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries
  • Identifying problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
  • Updating the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year related experience preferred, preferably in healthcare
  • Ability to work between Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm PST and one late night per week, 10:00 am- 7:00 pm PST; and 1 Saturday
