A healthcare business and operations provider is in need of a Remote Healthcare Collections Team Lead in Nashville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Handle difficult patient and third party follow-up problems
• Monitor pool inventories to ensure accounts are being worked and resolved timely
• Maintain established departmental policies and procedures

Qualifications Include:

• At least one year of related experience required
• Ability to assist with training of new team members
• High School diploma or GED preferred
