Job Summary

A healthcare services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Collector in Largo.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Contact insurance companies to resolve claims
• Perform account follow-up
• Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 1 year related experience
• Relevant education may substitute experience requirement
• Ability to maintain compliance with pool completion requirements
• Ability to maintain required productivity and QA standards
• Ability to document in the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account
• Ability to work with patients and guarantors
