An outsourced healthcare services provider has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Communicator Data Entry Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage day to day activities of patient and health care provider support requests
- Ensure all support requested is captured within the Case Management system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Knowledge of reimbursement mechanisms for medical and pharmacy benefits
- Proficiency in reviewing intake documents
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
