Job Summary

An orthotic and prosthetic treatments provider has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Compensation Analyst IV.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and leadership on pay related items
• Create and/or review job descriptions by validating principal duties, knowledge, skill, experience and education

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources management or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of related total reward experience
• Strategic perspective with tactical implementation skills
