Job Summary
A medical care system is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Compliance Specialist II in Duluth .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting in the implementation and operation of the Essentia Health Organizational Integrity & Compliance Program
- Implementing assigned elements of the Essentia Health Program consistent with the overall Program
- Developing aspects of Program strategy and system-wide policies, procedures, plans and processes.
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar designation required (or to be obtained within 4 years of hire)
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work remotely
