Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Construction Superintendent in Philadelphia.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborate with lead Project Manager on project financial plan opportunities
- Lead and manage Superintendents and other Field personnel
- Resolve variances from established budgets or schedules
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Going forward with phone interviews and remote hiring efforts during this time
- Willing to travel to the project site
- 5+years of field coordination, or relevant commercial construction
- Must have a proven work history working for a General Contractor
- Ability to read and understand plans, specifications and scopes of work is required
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines
