A staffing firm is in need of a Healthcare Consulting Attorney in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Counsel clients on various federal and state regulatory requirements
- Counsel clients during internal investigations
- Respond to government inquiries
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Works remote, on-site or a combination of the two
- 4+ years corporate or operational healthcare experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed in GA or eligible to immediately waive in
- Prior corporate law firm experience preferred
- Outstanding references
