A healthcare consulting company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Consulting Customer Service Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer patient questions regarding statements
  • Post guarantor payments and set up payment plans
  • Research and resolve issues with accounts that have been identified by patients
