Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare system has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Contact Center Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide management support support to the Contact Center and other assigned teams
  • Monitor real-time call and non-call performance and activity
  • Alerts management to discrepancies or real-time changes in service levels

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience
  • OR a combination of education and experience
  • Able to provide work force management support to the Contact Center
  • Able to provide consultation to Supervisors on staffing and volumes
