Job Summary
A healthcare benefits company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Contact Center Supervisor or Customer Service Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing day-to-day teams' operation and performance
- Answering agent and team lead questions
- Creating a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 years' experience with direct consumer interaction, telephone sales experience
- Ability to analyze and interpret governmental program criteria
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
