Job Summary

A non profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Contact Tracer II in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone calls with persons diagnosed with COVID-19
• Complete case interviews and trace contacts exposed to COVID-19
• Provide follow-up instructions to cases and to contacts related to isolation/quarantine

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Conduct in-person investigations into congregate settings and selected cases and contacts
• Health-related professional experience or public health training
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English
• Must have a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent
• Experience navigating computer systems
