Job Summary
A healthcare company focused on primary care has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Contracting Director.
Must be able to:
- Develop an overarching contracting strategy to guide Provider Network field teams
- Evaluate contract agreements, help to negotiate terms, and ensure compliance
- Draft, negotiate, and prioritize for legal review a range of complex contracts, licenses, etc
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of contracting experience within the healthcare industry
- Experience in the health care and/or health IT industry
- Experience with drafting and negotiating commercial and technology-related agreements
- Demonstrated ability to balance business needs and legal risks
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and
- Strong negotiation skills
