Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Healthcare Coordinating Specialist in Westover.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing consistent customer service support to all stakeholders for the assigned program(s)
  • Conducting communication through various channels (phone, fax, email) to retrieve data or to address discrepancies
  • Handling inbound and outbound contacts from various sources (patients, healthcare providers, etc.)

Required Skills:

  • Able to review documents for program standards and take appropriate action
