Job Summary
A non-profit, Catholic-based health system is seeking a Remote Healthcare Corporate Development Diversified Growth Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating in designing the vision and strategy for diversified growth
- Building the infrastructure and talent with an entrepreneurial/private equity mindset
- Creating, establishing, and maintaining best practice processes for all aspects of the M&A process
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4 year/ Bachelors Degree in business or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in business innovation and development
- 5 years’ experience leading transactions in mergers and acquisitions
- Proven experience leading M&A, transactions, Joint Ventures/Partnerships
- Proven experience leading business and revenue growth
- Deep understanding of operational, accounting, tax, legal, regulatory, and HR implications
