Job Summary
A Serve as counsel on commercial transactional matterssoftware developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Counsel in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as counsel on commercial transactional matters
- Advising business partners on a range of legal issues and risks, including privacy, data use, and information security
- Improving legal forms, processes, procedures and develop playbooks
Required Skills:
- Bachelor and law degrees with Bar admission in good standing (California preferred)
- 5+ years of experience with corporate transactional law as a law firm corporate associate or in-house corporate lawyer
- Strong business acumen and excellent judgment
- Exceptional analytical, organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Negotiate terms for vendor agreements, partnership agreements, confidentiality agreements, and data security agreements
- Work cross-functionally and provide legal guidance to various internal functions in the business
